93 Suburban A.C trouble shooting info/advice needed.
Ok guys took the suburban to the shop and had them charge the system up. The system was completely dry and i noticed the R-12 schrader valves had quick disconnect fittings placed over them so the system was converted to R-134 at some point in the past. odd tach problem.
Driving my 93 suburban k1500 today and noticed my tach had stopped working..all other gauges worked fine and no cel truck appeared to be running perfectly normal. Drove another 40 minutes and then went to eat so i shut the truck down for about 15 minutes. Upon restarting it the tach had resumed...- Damn
