Where does this go and what's it for?

Truck is a 1991 ESCB, 5.7 Auto. I was looking around under the dash because the cruise doesn't work, and the reverse lights don't work, and I stumbled across this connector that's not plugged into anything. With the ignition on, both wires are nothing. There's no continuity to ground on either...

Power door locks don't work, where to start?

I just picked up a new to me 91 ESCB a few days ago, and the power door locks won't work from the switches on either door. I've tried searching but everything I've found seems to pertain to newer trucks. From what I have gathered in searching, is that there is no relay and that they're wired...
