I’m also thinking about coating my rockers and lower doors with bed liner to help as well. Roads here in Ohio are TRASH
He’s going to spray a type of stone guard on the lower rockers and body panels similar to the newer GM trucks. This won’t ever see salt again, but it should help from stone chips.

The metal work is just about done! Looking forward to the day I start getting photos of bodywork starting. I do know the interior is going to need a hell of a cleaning when it’s all done :D

You must feel really good finally seeing all of that rust gone and only solid metal where it used to be. It's going to look awesome.
It’s great yes lol. It’s going to be weird seeing it in person for the first time without the rust. That rust has been there for so long it almost feels like a normal part of the truck.

Had these sent to me today. The “new” bed was thrown on so some repair work can begin on that. When I bought it, I thought it was almost perfect, but there was some minor damage I hadn’t saw. I was told it won’t be a problem.
