    when i bought my truck the driver door didn't close without some kind of 3 point move to the point someone ripped the interior door handle off, i cannot stand a door that does not close... i replaced (both sides) the rollers, pins, and bushings... driver side door still didn't close upon...

    hey guys i have this issue with my truck a 90 k1500 5.7 tbi, i replaced the water pump, and i noticed when starting in the morning to go to work, the temp gauge goes way high and then drops down, after this initial thermostat open it's fine the rest of the time i'm driving until it cools down...

    i had issues with a reman pump, i'm pretty sure the return hose pipe was kinked too much causing a restriction, i replaced it with another and it's been fine, what year? newer ones have a flow valve

    hmm never had an issue with the 7730 and it was basically free, with my 5.0 TPI i lay down 380hp and 420 ft/lbs to the wheels and it purrs like a kitten cruising.

    from what it sounds like a 5.3 swap is the way to go assuming you can keep it down for a short while to do the swap. tuning is easy but a pain in the butt, i've tuned my supercharged camaro with the stock GM 7730 using code59, she runs good but a lot of time was invested to street/dyno tune it.

    option1 = simplicity option 2 is what i would do in my truck (it's semi daily, mostly in the winter :) ) the tuned 383 either sell it, or put a beefed up 700r4 behind it, no computer needed.

    i found on realtruck.com they have Iron Cross 3" wheel to wheel side steps for a regular cab 6.5' bed, i cannot find any pics of a standard cab short box with wheel to wheel bars on them... anyone have any or a pic?

    i got one for christmas from LMC Truck and not 4 days later the thing don't work, there is a sealed controller and the 12v wire corroded and fell off.... just wondering your thoughts or brands you use? i need to call lmc and see if they'll send me another one.. when it was working it was nice

    Delete oil cooler lines

    i could not find the adapter around me, i had carquest order it and got it the same day, i had some bolts at work and put it in, simple as pie really.
