Check both circuit boards good as well as bulbs. Then check harness into board and under rear bumper for power, could have corrosion in connector. Sent from a Phone Booth using Tapatalk

How to Replace Blower Motor Resistor

Could be control switch, relay, and or blower as well. Run a hot wire to blower to test it. If it works change resistor and go from there. Sent from a Phone Booth using Tapatalk

That site will give you each bulb #. You can check super bright LEDs for colors. Heck even eBay has color bulbs, thought you asked for a list of bulb numbers, LEDs will use same number or check out Hyper Lights and installs group page on Facebook where I got mine. Sent from a Phone Booth...
