5.7L Cold Air Intakes?

I just got a air raid intake kit for free and it made a difference in throttle response but nothing else ill post picks on how it looks after i get my free shorty's on.

Headers Vs. Manifolds

Also headers are the same thing headers are just a hot rod term. Exhaust manifolds are the technical term.

Rear Drum to Disc Conversion kit questions.

Yeah my disc swap is all for performance and the added ease of changing pads instead of shoes with all of those strings lol. Plus slotted and drilled rotors look better than my blue drums.

Yes this is true but you are forgeting the fact that those two turbos will need oil from your engine, the heat that they will create while spinning will make an intercooler necessary to make them effeicently run and create boost, like said before there is a large amount of plumbing work needing...

Thanks guys building one myself would be ideal but i dont have much of a shop to work with. Also i found the SSBC kit on summit for a little over 600 bucks and on ebay for 590 at one time where did the 3500 dollars come from? I know the brembo big brake kits cost about 1150 dollars and that with...

From the size of the headers and the direction the turbo inlet is going i take it its for a different type of 5.7L V8. There is no room to fit those without major reworking of the stock engine bay. Imo a supercharger/blower is much more effective for stock engines. They only work off what you...

I got one on my avalache but not on my this truck, But it should make a pretty good difference because i can run my truck with the air box off or upside down (old 350 style) and the throttle response is almost instant. Mileage though youll only see a gain at higher rpms like highway speeds...

Rear Drum to Disc Conversion kit questions.

Im about to get a SSBC rear conversion kit for my 91 and was wondering if anybody has done it before. I know you have to remove all of the old drum components and pull the axles out inorder to put the caliper mounting plate on but is it really that easy? THX

After basic tuneup still misfiring.

Drop ?'s

I went with a static 2/4 drop from belltech and ive had no problems with them. on my truck a 2/4 ,i feel, was just right especially here in oklahoma where driving on the highway is like off-roading. It has a smooth ride and i can still fit my 275/45/20s under it no problem unlike the 4/6 drop...

Boss Motorsports 304 good looking set of wheels very happy with them. 275/45/20 Nexen tires Also have the stockers repainted silver with 275/60/15 bfg's for the winter. Also with some Kos they look good Not me in pic
