There are numerous versions of "hell wig" style helper springs out there. My question is are you goin for load stability or handling? My work truck (c3500) has a set of helper springs do to the amount of tools in the utility boxes and it was a straight forward few hour install
So I finally got around to pulling the rear monster leafs out of the truck and went with a shackle flip. Turns out my truck is too heavy for the stock 1/2 ton springs so I picked up a set of stock 3/4 ton springs. So hopefully get those swapped out and then the rear should be dialed in!

I have an old ORU kit. It's served me well but I'm leaning towards redoing the set up with 52" long springs or even coil overs. The real question is what are you after? If money isn't an object a 3 link or radius arm set up would be smooth as butter. Just my .02 lol
Dezert Lighting is the company that makes these brackets. It's the same design as Bro Industries. They only make them to fit a 50" or 52" curved light. If you go with them let me know because they have no directions and the customer service from Dezert Lighting isn't the greatest. If you place...
Well the POS tstat I bought at auto zone was stuck wide open.....new tstat from Napa(made in the USA) and everything is working as it should. What a PITA lol
No mine is literally between the 100 and the first tick mark. I'm stumped because it's not making any sense. Tomorrow I'm gonna check the thermostat just to be safe. I installed a new one 2 months ago when I did a coolant flush and replaced the hoses
