Vortec 454 Heater Core Bypass

I am going to do the same, as I am annoyed with having to change the valve every 6 months, I have not tried a GM replacement part, thought about ordering one, to see if it holds up. Then again it could just be Chinese made garbage. I will update.

Good day all, I am looking for reccomendations for an affordable scanner that I can do crank shaft position sensor relearn, and any other useful adjustments I have the snap on brick, i don't believe it can be done with this model scanner. Thanks! Shawn

slow cranking when engine is warm

replaced battery/starter cables, helped a bit however the problem persisted, i replaced a very expensive battery that was testing as being good, but i found it to be defective. it would completely die in less than 5 minutes of a 3-5 load, manufacture would not budge. the upside is everything...

Tightness is good, i will check for proper resitance, cables are original could be deteriorated , i had not thought about that. Ill let yall know. Thanks!!
