    My 97 lost some valves, so I'll be swapping in a 383 within the next year or so. Any reason why I cant use my 9 blade fan on the 383? Seems to me it should suck much more air than a normal 5 or 6 blade fan. Thoughts?

    Yeah, standard volume, high pressure would be fine, or just the standard pump. Go with Melling, or Summit brand (since melling makes them). Might as well spend the extra $5 and get the ARP stud kit for it too.

    Fuel pump or ignition module. Either can cause intermittant stalling.

    have you tried replacing the temp sensor for the gauge? May have been damaged during the overheat.

    if you're only getting 9 PSI, it wouldnt hurt to bump up the pressure to 13 or so, if your fuel pump has that much left in it. I used 3 5mm stainless washers in the bump of the regulator. Not quite as much as a bump as a quarter mod, but mine is solid at 12.5 PSI. Not sure what it was before...
