    What I think I am going to do is just do a full tune up. I am going to replace all the plugs, wires, dist cap, etc... and see where it goes from there. I am going to get the fuel pressure checked also.

    Well today I got the new bolts, washers, and nuts that were being mentioned by everyone and 1997chevydriver. Stripped everything down and put the new set up on and tightened everything good.
