97 vs 98 wiring difference???

Looking at doing a 5.7 swap, donor truck is a 97 350 auto, the other truck is a 4.3 5 spd, motor and underhood wiring is gone. Will the 97 harness plug and play at the firewall??? Is the interior wiring the same?? Just wondering as I plan to use the auto, wondering if the 97 column and gauge...

Can I use the original airbags or do I have to use the ones from the parts truck? ( Color is different)

Im looking at buying this project package, it's a truck with a running driving donor truck. I know there's lots of information on the 4.3-5.7 swap and majority of the swap I researched and grasp. But have a few questions in regards to vats and interior wiring. The truck. 98 reg cab Short box...
