96+ GM109SS Lower Steering Column Bearing UPGRADE!

Looking into adding this bearing as well. Assuming you deleted the EVO and steering wheel position sensor, did you get a CEL?

6” BDS kit (Fox 2.0 or Bilstein 5100)

Hi, I’m set on installing the 6” BDS lift kit. I am torn between choosing FOX 2.0 or Bilstein 5100. I have a k1500 reg cab short box with the 4.3. Price is not an issue and currently leaning towards fox. Can anyone with experience describe their experience with either or on and off road, cheers!

Ok. I got some more intel fellas! 618 Syndicate, ur right, c/k mounts for the 96/97 4.3’s ARE the same! On the NAPA site, their part numbers for the c/k mounts for the 96/97 4.3’s are identical. Which means that I was now able to search for the c OEM part numbers and found OEM mounts for my...
