high output alternator?

well i thought this would be an easier swap since at the parts store it is listed as an option for my truck, however it appears i need to change to the rectangle plug, and find a bracket if i want to use it properly (or it wont have a rear mount, just the front 2) maybe is should return it and...

so i picked up my 140A alternator today. its physically bigger. now i went to install it and the rear bracket is different. has anyone run into this? whaat bracket did you go to? id like to get this thing on asap

so if 105A is stock then a 140A should considered high out put? and it should give me considerably more juice?
