This is the Oxygen sensor wire?

Back to my original question.. I have selected at random, one black going to ground and one to switched power. The colored wire going to the purple wire I have a picture of in post one on a DENSO 234-3005. Is this correct?

fresh air? I thought the two black were power/ground, colored wire was signal on the 3 wire. 3 wire is just a heated o2 yes?

My refrenace to the swap was that I cant say 100% what year wiring the truck has. I don't know if it was fully swapped harness or converted.

I'm putting a 3 wire in. Just wanted to make sure this is the signal wire. Thought the location was strange. I got it with long tubes and no o2 at all. Going with a DENSO 234-3005

Heres the fun part. The truck is a 92, originally V6. Swapped over to a v8 at some point.

Got this truck as kind of a project and slowing fixed what was ignored or done wrong. This is the correct wire for the Oxygen sensor correct? That is all of it and its behind the distributor for some reason.

TV cable on swapped 1500

It moves back and forth fine, I think. Is there a different in v6 and v8 cable? I get all the same parts when I look up both.

The cable on it seems lose. Looks like it might have taken some abuse when whoever did the swap. Looks like a kink someone straightened out also near the end.

TV cable on swapped 1500

Just picked up a 92 C1500 that supossedly had a 4.3 swapped to 5.7L. I cant read the engine number without taring a lot off. Transmiision will only shift if Im driving like a race car, 3500 RPM ish and hard into it. Read a lot about the TV cable being the issue. I've done the adjustment a...
