New heads for my 96?

I just bought a 96 k1500, bad motor, the heads cracked, was going to just swap in a motor from a wrecked truck but for the cost I can and rather build a new one, anyone recommend a set of heads? Probably going cammed 383 on this project. Thanks

Manual swap & coil over straight axle swap? 89 k1500

Wantin to swap in a maual into my 89 right now shes sittin 10in tall on 38s, stock 3.73 gears for now, dude i bought it from has screwed up linkage and think itd be better to run manual anyways, also tring to do a straight axle swap but run coils not leafs. what yall think or any links to...

Help, cylinder misfire, rough idle, significant power loss

Got propper compression in those cylinders? My 03 had two miss fires, checked everything and it turned out it was low compression, but if i jumped on it, shes stuter and fall on its face and after it got goin the other two cylinders would light.

Well f**k me running

Is your Alternator good? check charging voltage on battery when its running and that will tell you, My 98 was doing something simular and have had it happen to two other vehicles as well.
