ABS light on

I have a 98 chevy 1500, my abs light has been on since i bought it and if i pump the brakes they vibrate hard. There is also a screaching sound on my passenger side when driving. does this sound like a sensor? or a bearing in the hub? i have read lots of things but not sure where to start...

98 chev 1500. Door panel button locks turn on my interior lights???

Well looks like i fixed it... no thanks to this forum. cut the excess wires shorter and taped up the bare wire as much as i could. Threw in the breaker again and it doesn't over heat and my locks work now. THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE ADVICE
