Looking for factory mirror delete plates

I’m looking to install 3pt door mounted tow mirrors and seeing if anyone knows of any company that reproduces the delete plates, metal or plastic, to go over the hole.

I found a nice post by 88gmctruck with part numbers. Looks like the wiring harness 15302097 has been discontinued except by oemcats, never herd of them.

Hey Guys, I just bought a 2000 c3500, still an obs. It didn’t come with cab lights from the factory and I would like to install some as it has a wide utility body on it as well as I like the look. Has anyone had luck with this? I was going to pull some oem ones off a junker. Do I need a new...
