    Pvc system all checks out. Can’t see it being the intake gaskets as it has done it constantly before the bad gaskets were changed and still after having the manifold off to put fresh heads on.

    Following thread. I have a 99 454 with same issue. Been through ignition, fuel system and cylinder heads. I recently found idle changes with the oil cap off. Are the intakes prone to warping. I didn’t think about checking for flatness when I had mine off.

    Good luck with any spray bombs. I have only had decent results (longevity) with exhaust manifold dressing sprays on gold then turns gray after a couple heat cycles. But still rusts after a couple years. I have found Cerakote and jethot to be the best.

    do I need to keep all the Hvac and transfer case connections to the ecu. is the ecu spilt so to speak as a engine control and a body control module?

    does the ecu feed the transfer case or Hvac? started pulling wires. is there a good wire coming from the key through the fuse box connector to supply power to the sniper, same for coil and fuel pump. Any trick to getting the wires out of the sealed connector on the heater box side.
