Well got the motor and trans out yesterday. Have to pull the one from the donor vehicle this morning install a new timing chain, water pump and all new gaskets. There's so much cosmetic stuff I need to attend to but I guess getting it back on the road is the important step.
When I have cars come in to the shop with horribly rusted and corroded cooling systems I use CLR. It doesn't hurt anything and will work great in your situation.
Well finally all the parts have arrived!! And I started work at a new mechanic shop so stuff slowed down.

Well I got all the stuff off the cracked engine today. I can see several cracks from the block and into the heads. It seperated the passenger side head from the deck. But most were just like the picture I'm posting of the passenger side head. Pretty obvious.
