It was my fault it went out. Ran it low on fluid playing with the new v8. Got over excited and didn’t slow down long enough to think and check the fluid. I just figured it was fine.
I’m sorry, I didn’t read careful enough. I’m just getting into tuning, or attempting to tune my truck and I still haven’t quite figured it out yet. I’m trying to get a list of all the hardware that I need to order. And trying to do it as affordable as I can.
Would something like this (attached photo) work to write custom eeprom chips for my 95 tbi c1500? I can’t seem to find any of the moates stuff for sale anywhere.
Is there a difference in the 95 4l60e for the 4.3 and 5.7? I blew up the 4.3 that was in my truck, so dropped in a 5.7 and then it lost 3 and 4 gears within a week.
Well I called OTS and asked the guy for a price of a rebuild like he would rebuild it for himself. He said with the master kit, forward sprag, band, filter, electronics it’d be about $850.

I’ve got a 95 c1500 wt. I blew up the 4.3 that was in it so I did a 5.7 swap and everything was going good for about a week and then it burnt up 3rd and 4th gears. I’m needing to rebuild the 4l60e but wanting to order everything all at once and for as affordable as possible. Could you guys help...
