Thanks for the lead on the fuse. It would work intermittently at the time, and it would make sense that improper contact with a fuse could act like that! I suspect I'll be spending plenty of time with a multimeter on this project.

You guessed it: power windows and locks, AC, cruise and tilt wheel. The fella I got it from was pretty proud of it as he ordered it and an '89 Celebrity at the same time from the local dealer. He used the car for everyday and called this is "Sunday truck." He was quite the character.

Thank you! It's served me well over the years. Overall it's in pretty good shape with the exception of the cab corner rust and a box dent on the drivers side.
