I would check your pressure gauge. Any other trucks you can hook it up to? I have the same truck.
Mine runs at 56psi.
Then if it checks out your gauge is accurate, I'd start checking fuel lines for kinks/seeps/ballooning etc.

Just saw your 52 PSI statement. I've seen these trucks not run at all at 49. I'm going to say it's your fuel pump. Mine always check between 56-60.

Well crap brother... I hope you trace it down. I doubt you are having issues with only one cylinder though with the multiple misfire code. It's gotta be something dumb. Have you checked your O2 sensors? Those will cause the funky misfires too

I would like to upgrade my brakes to make up for the larger wheels and tires. To any extent will be better than what I have. Not that they are bad now by any means. Just want to stop mo better...
