The Body Lift Thread

I have a 1995 ... had the lift put on in 1997. The only issue is the engine cooling seems to be a bit lessened .... fan not lined up and shroud split. Other than that, no problems .... 439k miles on it now.

The fan is drawing/sucking air thru the radiator, not blowing "on" it.......... ;)

4.56 or 4.88 on a TBI blazer with 33's, maybe 35's in the future?

I started to add earlier, guess I'll just have to find an acceptable aftermarket version .... even though I really like LED's, I was hoping to find one with the "old fashion" bulbs (since all other bulbs are non-LED)... but might not be possible. The smoked one you've mentioned DOES look great...

Found this posted back in 2017 .... probably what you're referring to (think I'd need to find some gray paint ;) ) .... they said it came from LMC, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the catalog.

This is probably a common issue, but all 3 of the attach points at the base of the windshield have had the plastic break loose under the screw heads. Has anyone come up with a fix for this? Seems like a piece of metal / aluminum cut to the size of that slot with it being a little longer so it...

1995 K1500 .... 405,000 mi ( 400,000 mi. in photo ... Jan 2019 ) ... 3" body lift ... 295/75R16 ... Original paint, engine and rear diff ( front diff and transfer case went 364k ... transmission 377k ) ... Interior condition matches the outside, always garaged.
