Ya mighta been. Bought the truck off a farmer in Nebraska.
He had had enough with the 6.5 and looked like he took a hammer to the oil pan at one point lol
Wouldn't surprise me at all if he stuck the wrong studs in the rear. I'll pull the wheel again and measure the threaded length.
I bought a...
Man, that's a great idea! I hadn't thought of the shanked lug nuts even tho all my Toyotas run them
I'll measure the stud holes in the wheels when I get home and report back.
I have no idea unfortunately what any of the wheels came off of. Guy I bought them from said they came with a truck he...
Don't know brand name. Bought them used.
Aluminum wheel thickness at mounting surface is .88 and steel is .49 is. So over an inch thick of wheels.
They kind a look like a cross between G17 Evo and 9 Libertys.
My inners Are both steel.
My wheel hub bore is 130mm and for the life of me I can't find what these went on originally to try and find longer studs lol
Don't know if this goes here...didn't see a thread for wheels and tires.
I'm looking for extended lug studs for the rear axle of my dually. I bought a set of nice 19.5 8x6.5 wheels and the rear lug studs are about an inch too short.
I've looked everywhere online. I called ARPs custom shop...
Edit.
Not it. Still was blowing #16 turn lamp and b/u fuse.
Fixed it here :

Found it.
After spending a day doing just that and going through the entire column harness and every wire I could grab without dropping the dash, the problem went away again. And then I hooked up my trailer and back it came.
Turns out was a loose wire on the rear of the truck on the b/u light...
I've been trouble shooting wiring, swapping trucks etc since you were swimming around in your daddies balls.
Check my other posts, clown.
Can't trouble shoot something properly thats intermittent. Like most electrical problems are. Hence purchasing the MFS when the problem can't be replicated...
98 K3500.
Turn signal fuse started blowing awhile ago when engaged.
Now it blows whenever the steering wheel is turned too far one way or the other.
I just replaced the multifunction switch. Not it. Still doing it.
I'm at my wits end with this ****** truck. Shoulda bought a Toyota.
Anyone...
Alrighty, so after some reading, thinking and tinkering I believe I narrowed down the problem.
Initially, it appeared, whenever I would use my blinker my #16 fuse would pop. After paying closer attention it seems whenever I made a turn and the blinker trigger would catch, that's when my fuse...
Reviving a dead thread here.
The HL problem just went away on its own. Stopped blowing fuses one day, and that was that.
Recently my #16 fuse has been blowing.
This is an internal problem in the plastic switch housing itself, ya? Cuz all the wires coming out the back of the connector on the...
Thanks Erik,
I appreciate the reply. All fuses are good. Dash lights finally started to work. Randomly.
But the dimmer on my gauge pod gauges does not. I gotta pull and check those next now. Then I'll go back through the HL harness and main harness and clean and reground everything.
It...
I ohmed out the blue wire at the socket to the S119 splice. Good reading. I get resistance.
#thatsferkinweird
Retest bulb socket.
I get good reading this time. Huh?
I ohm out whole circuit. From bulb to female connector at firewall. From male connector at firewall to blue wire at cluster plug...
