What is this loose ground for

Ground it to whatever bolt it will reach too. Make sure it's a clean connection. Then see if the code goes away. Years ago I had a shop replace my intake manifold gasket and they left off a ground. It kept throwing an O2 code too I believe.

Ignition module

Is that paste better than the goop that comes with, say, a Duralast module? I had the cheaper AutoZone brand module test and out of the box. Don't ever buy one of those! I would make them test the new module on their machine if they have the right connections still.

What is this loose ground for

Will it reach to an intake manifold bolt that has a stud coming out of it? Do you have a Check engine light on?

Inner fender splashguards

Does in hang down on the passenger side behind the bumper? I thought my truck was missing a piece from the drivers side or something because it was only on one side. What is this piece for?

Side molding placement question

Could someone tell me how far down below the body line the factory side molding is suppose to be? I bought some new strips and have nothing to go on other than I know it goes right below the body line. Thank you!

New alternator whining/supercharger noise.

I bought a NEW Duralast Gold 105A alternator to replace the factory one that had 167k miles and started squeaking. The new one seems to have a whine to it. It's not crazy loud but I notice it at idle and deceleration. Is this normal for these trucks or did I get a bad part?

Yes thank you so much! I know they are probably all over the place as far as placement. My truck was repainted years ago and I just bought some reproduction badges for it.
