Here's a video of it, sorry about wind noise, I roll the windows up later in it. Has exhaust leak, and some other noise that gets louder or higher pitch with speed. But you'll hear the engine issue I'm trying to get at though

Hmm what was the initial issue? thats either a timing issue or a fuel issue from the sounds of it. have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail? and does the truck do this under no load condition (neutral/park) ? or just loaded (in gear)

Load, revving. Idles fine
Haven't checked fuel pressure don't have any tool for that either. Supposedly has new fuel lines filter and pump, and does look like it too

cel idk don't see one, but don't see one when turn key on either so maybe bulb or something, don't have a scanner.

Get one, or go to a parts store to get the codes read. You can also "rent" a fuel pressure gauge.... They'll charge you for it, in case you don't give it back, but then they'll refund you when you do take it back, so it's free.

Alright plugged in a scanner got no codes, cel on: no, so that should be alright. But here's the fuel pressure

For some reason I can only view live data key on engine off, if I crank it it'll kick me out, it'll read for a few seconds before it closes though. Same on Tahoe. Tried on a 10th gen f150 no issue there.

Fix the crank/cam correlation problem. Sometimes, just turning the distributor takes care of this. Often, it's worn distributor gear and sloppy distributor bushings--so you need a new distributor.
ya think maybe a new coil or icm would help?
Not likely. The coil and ignition module you have are probably better than the shiitty Chinese junk sold in the parts store.
