HELP!!! MY TRUCK WONT START!!!!

SO I WENT TO GO START MY TRUCK AFTER MY LUNCH BREAK AND IT WONT START. THE LIGHTS AND EVERYTHING TURN ON LIKE NORMAL BUT NOTHING HAPPENS AT THE STARTER. NO CLICKING OR ANYTHING. ITS NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE PLEASE HELP. I HAD TO LEAVE HER AT THE RESTAURANT PARKING LOT. I WILL BE GOING BACK TONIGHT ONCE I GET OFF WORK. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THING IT COULD BE?

The starter, seems kind of obvious to me. Happened on my 98 3 times, for some reason that truck loved starters. Probably didn't help that I would put a $20 junkyard starter in it though.

Could be the solenoid, but most likely like Hick said, the started died.

true.. trucks get old and sometime the shifter get play in it.. hold up on the shifter.. if this done work get something and beat on the starter.. ive had to do this to get home once..
