I've got several projects and product designing/building going on and this will save SOOO much time. I've got a good filter-water/oil removal setup I'm still putting together, but it all should be up and running soon. really stoked about it, I love designing and building parts and stuff, but HATE cutting out what I need with grinders/cutoff wheels...

its a 45A plasma that is spec'd for 1/2 material recommended, with full 1" severance. got it from the hypertherm booth at SEMA with their show discount, still pretty expensive, but worth it.

ooooOOOHhhh...the 85 'eh? way cool. I was thinking of going larger, but the price point between the 45 and 65 was quite a bit. and I don't think for my purposes I'd need anything larger...I'll mostly be 1/4" and under but wanted to get something larger than the 30 for some good headroom.
