Where should I get HID's from??

Hey guys my son's nagging me to get HID's and was wondering where to order them from that good customer service just in case.
Also going for 35watt?? or 55watt, not sure yet but want 5k color.

I was reading some bad & good things as well about DDM, but I think it's random and that could be the case with a lot of companies so I will give them a shot..
