Was thinking about buying this. I've been wanting a project. Was wondering if this was a good price and if I should pull the trigger.

"1989 Chevy Blazer, 350 motor 700R automatic transmission runs and drives good I believe it is a 4” lift with new tires 33/12.5R15 BFG’s I put in a new battery, front brakes and rotors, a used transmission and transfer case, fuel pump, front bushing oil change air filter spark plugs also the O2 sensor. Re did the exhaust from the manifolds back. Not new but it is good. It is a cool ride it dose have a little rust on the rockers and some bumps and bruises. No rust on the floors the tailgate window works but needs a new switch. Come take it for a test drive. Not interested in trades it is or best offer but not looking to give it away.
Passed emissions I have registered it and I am currently driving it. So this is a running and driving truck."

I will tell you this if you think you can swing it or can make a deal I would now for a story I have a soft spot for 76-91 K-5/jimmy when I was 20 I had the chance to get one sadly I should have not got the first one I found it was a 78 manual windows manual lock rubber/vinyl floor manual rear window I change the hard top out for one with the sliding side glass now for the bad the tailgate was missing all the guts so the back glass was always down the th350 had no park and reveirse did not work 99 times out of 100 it had 4 different tires on all the same size but none of the treads mached drivers window was stiff passenger window would only go half way down some one had did a home made lift and that made it not steer for $#!+ and you could not make a full turn either way the floor was full pin holes at some point in its life it got a targetmaster 350 put in it and it was wore out had less then 20 psi of oil pressure I gave 950 for it and put another 1550 in it I tried to do the best I could I had to sell it for 800 it was my 2 bigest mistakes and regrets buying and selling that thing now here I am 11 years latter I still miss it and want another even though I know I cant

You gave no mileage. I am sorry, but the only K5 Blazer I would buy with a lift, is one that I did. The asking price is too much, IMO.

Besides, that dog would be pissed if you took his truck.

You have to decide the value. What would you use it for?
