Le sigh... here we go. (This is all in the red truck)

Pioneer DEH-P880PRS head unit
Pioneer GEX-P920XM XM receiver
Denon DCA-3400 4 channel amp (bridged to 50Wx2 @ 4 ohms, front)
Denon DCA-3250? 2 channel amp (25Wx2 @ 4ohms, rear)
DLS Reference series 6.5" components
DLS Reference series 4" components
Lanzar Optidrive 2500 2 channel amp (bridged to 1000Wx1 @ 2ohms, subs)
2X Rockford Fosgate P3DS412 shallow mount P3 subwoofers, .75cu/ft sealed airspace each
Some other random crap I'm forgetting I'm sure, line level adjusters for the Denon stuff and such. Also a Bluetooth adapter for streaming from phones.

My Suburban has the same head unit and Kicker KS speakers all around. Nothing else yet.

Completely stock, including the headunit. Has the UQ3 enhanced audio, so she has the "amplifier" from the factory. Planning on changing the speakers when I get some money, nothing crazy, just want something that is plug-n-play (plug-n-play as in I don't want to add any subs or amps, just remove the factory speaker and place another one in). Not really the basshead type of guy, as long as the audio is clear, I'm happy.

Stock headunit with cassette! Remote stock CD player (it actually works!) Stock speakers throughout.

Does this sound great? Not really. But this is a truck. I was about to put in some quality 6.5 inchers in the doors, then figured why bother? Funny thing is that I already had the 6.5 inch units, and the door panels were already off. I kinda just thought the stock headunit amp was not up to the job of driving speakers with bigger magnets and voice coils.

I happen to like the sounds that a traditional internal combustion engine powered vehicle makes, and while I like music, and have several very desirable Sansui component stereos from the mid 70s around the house, coupled with some quality speakers, while I'm in the truck (or my Mustang GT), I like to listen to the engine/gearbox, etc. more than to music.

Hey guys. First post here and first time browsing the site as a member. I have a 92 Silverado 2500. Dad bought the truck in 94, and gave it to me a couple years ago. To the point, the audio system.
-Kenwood KDC-BT562U Bluetooth Head Unit.
-2 Kicker 4x6s in the dash.
-2 Power Acoustik NB-1 tweeters.
-Rear bench seat delete.
-2 Sundown Audio E-12 subwoofers in a custom 6cu ft box, tuned to 38hz.
-Audiopipe APMI-2000 Amplifier, pushing roughly 750rms at 2ohms
-Big 3 with 1/0. Also used for Amp power and ground.
-140a Cadillac Aalternator
