what's need to remove ABS

i want to remove the ABS unit from my truck. i'm doing an LS1 swap & not using the original truck ECU so ABS isn't functional anyway.

i'd like to see some set ups you guys are running that have removed your ABS. i'm told by some people i need a proportioning valve & other say i don't.

any pics &/or part numbers for fittings, lines, proportion valves, etc.... would be AWESOME!!!!
