What kind of mileage do you get?

a while back we were talking about ethanol free gas, well i just noticed that the closest gas station to my apt. just started selling 100% ethanol free gas, its owned by some guy from the middle east, id imagine that has something to do with it, any who i stopped in today to get some gas and realized that gas is around 25 cents more expensive there......so i decided to wait until i have a completely empty tank and then do a complete fill up with ethanol free, then run it down to nothing and then refill using standard 10%+ ethanol gas and see if the 25 cents a gallon more is worth it, what do you guys thinks?

even if the mileage doesn't make up for the extra gas cost the cost on the engine is definitely worth it. Ethanol is harder on lines and injectors and shizz like that

and hey, regular gas a has a bit more bang to it anyways

ha at 263,000 miles i wonder if engine would appreciate better gas lol, imma do some tests and see what i think

I drive like 80% "highway" (back roads with high speed limits) and 20% "city" which even those speed limits are 45+ unless school is in then it's 30.

Took a quick run down the I-90 to Rochester [about an hour away] and back. 14.5 MPG. I'm happy!!!

Last tank, 16.56 L/100km or 14.2 mpg. I'm getting better...new o2s, synthetic, e-fans and 285s I'm hoping to see 15-16. Maybe a little optimistic, but I can live with the mileage I'm getting now.

Thinking of picking up a K2500 CCSB with the 454, What Kind of mileage do they get? more horrible then a 350?

probably same if not better then a 350.if your towing with that truck,350 shouldnt even be a option.
