My torsion bars are toast. I had them cranked up 2" and two days later they had drooped back down. Now will 3500 bars fit a 96' 2500? I figure if I have to replace them I might as well upgrade if I can.

I'm not 100% sure on 3500 bars but i know for sure 2500 bars will fit. I believe 3500 bars are the same, but like i said not 100% sure.

Another question. Will the upper a arm from the rcx 3" lift kit correct that angl and be able to run stock wheels unlike flipping the ball joints?

they were absolute , woulda been better with a ball joint flip. all in all cranking is a terrible idea it took my friend to that point to figure that out. now it has a 4in rcx which still rides pretty ty but his angles are that of a stock truck.
