Tire size question.

i have looked it up plenty... a 315 is around 34.6" tall

Whats the biggest tire you guys think I can fit on my truck with an 8 inch wide tire, 17 in diameter and I think its a 4.25 offset. Does that number sound right?

well i guess you mean 8" wide wheel. and i would say some 285s. since you look stock in the pic.

yeah, i meant 8 in wide wheel. And yes, my ride height is stock.

if you look at the 95 white silverado in my profile pics ( the smashed one with the bike in front of it ), it has 285/75/ R16s good year wrangler mtrs on stock offset black steel wheels. looked good no rubbing and no crank at all. they were tight in there but never noticed a rub or any marks and i wheeled the poop out of it!

its hard to see the tires in the pics but you could lighten them i think to see them better.
