Immediately off with the old and on with the used but not before I lucked up on some some 305 buckshots. I wanted to try them so bad I didn't even wait to hang the fenders before I hit a hole. It felt good.

Work came and she got moved to the back burner, but i didn't forget about her. Came home and had some shoes for her to try on. 35x12.5 Toyo MT and OEM GMC 17" wheels.

#3 done for. Luckily, I had an awesome girlfriend at the time who had a parts truck. She gave me her rear end for free:).

Hands down, the most this truck has ever pulled in the mud was the day of this picture. Slinging so much it folded the lip,on my rear wheel arches, out.
Tires never touched it.

This isn't my truck but this is the hole that got my front chunk. Before he got there I was digging it out and sat the rear end down. Locked in the 4 wheel and BAM, cracked dif housing.

So down here in Texas, no rear end again. Sold it to my buddy that needed one. 2 inch blocks, torsion keys, slick maxxis bighorns(Toyos on the ford), and a lot of body work to be done.

Ok to save the trouble of uploading a few extra pics, this is up to date. So far I've swapped out rear end housings. My original one, the one I broke the pinion in, turned out to be no good. Completely rebuilt a different housing and installed it. I went back to the 3.73's. I figured I'd use them since they came with the new housing, to help make up for the cost. Transmission is bad. It is constantly pulling forward. It did this before I brought it to Texas, while it was parked....it was rebuilt by spencer lee a few thousand miles ago(1600$). Waste of money. I've got a temporary replacement going in tomorrow. I'm gonna rebuild mine myself. I'm gonna do a basic rebuild until I get rebuilding one down to a T. Then I will rebuild it to my liking. Front chunk is still busted and will stay like that. I intend on doin a SAS. Motor is still stock. After I swap tranny, I'm gonna pull all of the front end parts out minus axle end and cut off bump stops for the keys. I have a set of 285 bfg km2's that I'm gonna install after all of that. Then it's on to paint. I will continue to post progress.

This goes to the post above. This also shows my 50$ brush guard I found. I had a lot more pictures on my old phone but I could not recover them.
