Added a Dave Navone cable that will charge my iPhone...

Power and ground soldered up (black & orange wires) for iPhone cable. Also tapped in to the front speakers for my Dave Navone LOC (grey, tan, light green, & dark green).

As an added bonus, I was able to slide my iPhone up through the bottom of the cup holder and use it as a mount.

That's awesome I really like how you're keeping the interior simple but adding very advanced cables and things but what exactly does that new one do? Does it just charge the thing or let you play songs from your ipod through the radio? I guess what I'm asking is it took alot of extra work so what are the benefits over a regular iphone charger that plugs into the a/c thing.

Yes, it does both. It charges the iPhone and lets me play songs from my iPhone through the factory radio.
