TBI 350 engine, 350 PROM. or a vortec 350, carb intake, TBI adapter, and tune if you want some more ponies.

Like if the engine is just the engine, no water pump, cap, them kinda things. will i be able to put my tbi from my 305 onto the 350? the engine mounts should all be the same, and will it slide right into my tranny?

Yes, everything off a 305 should be a direct fit to a 350, same engine block. You can use your intake, tb, dist., flywheel, and all your accessories. Your trans will bolt to it. If you go back with a tbi engine, all you will need is a PROM chip for a 350.

I know the knock sensors are different for a 350/305, and they are also different for a manual/auto truck. No idea why, but you will need one of these.

Little more info needed here, if the engine is already torn down, I would def. recommend a complete rebuild. I run ac delco plugs, they are rated to last 100,000 miles.
