I found a 6 inch lift for 994 on jcwhitney is that a good deal? Also the person told me i cant leave my 3 inch body on with a 6 inch suspension is that true

NO and whoever said it is full of crap and should not be listened to or trusted ever again.

$994 is a good price but I bet it's rough country might try their site directly and get it cheaper or look on ebay.

you sure can. and check out jon at southern truck preformance on GMFS he was selling the 6" RCX kit for like 850-900. doubt that is still on but he is a great guy to deal with.
