Spare tire mounts? Custom, retro'd, bolt on?

also your truck looks more aggressive with the dish of the spare rims.

I wanted a floor mounted spare but it eats up too much space at times so I have a bedside mount as well. both use a wing nut, the floor mount has a hole in the bed and a nut welded under the bed on a crossbrace. The side mount has a flat plate with a nut welded on it secured between two of the bedside bolts.

this is what i did on my old '89, on my '96 i have a 235/75 on a 15x8 rally under the bed, and on my '94 the spare is at home.

I like the RR Series tiregate. There is a white Raptor around here that has one, looks pretty cool.

Yeah tire gate is really what I was looking for, but I have yet to see one to buy for a StepSide. Other than the one posted a few posts back... ^^^
