Really wish ppl would stop bringing me trucks with hydraulic fluid in trans

Maybe, maybe not. But so far the 3 transmission builders who’ve chimed in don’t seem impressed with using it.

Well I may have mis-interpreted, in fact I'm almost certain I did ...

I figured OP was talking about those who mixed, e.g., "topped-off" with hydraulic fluid, resulting in a mix of fluids of differing properties (well, all dino-oil perhaps but as for additives...).

Before obviously, preheat the oil for the bird faster. Drive the truck to town and back, drain into the pot, fry and replace in the trans.
