Probably never. 07+ LTZ trucks came exactly how my truck is now. Chrome grill and rear bumper with a painted front bumper.

truck looks awesome, I've never seen that bed rug thing.. Id go camping and sleep in the bed with the cover on..lol.. I wish I could have bought that z71 you had..I got a great deal on my truck though for what it is..But its no show truck like yours was.
