Just sell it, buy a 2500 and take the wheel flares off. Everything is still in factory spec and your wheels will be sticking waaaay out there!

Yes though, negative offset makes them stick out but its all in comparison to stock rims too. Stock rims have a positive offset which is why yours with a zero offset stick out...

If you want it to stick out even a little more than you can run 305's instead of 285's. I have 16x8 wheels too and with 285's they look just like Danny's but with 305's they stick out about another inch

A 16x8 with 12mm offset has 5 inches of backspacing. That's what this truck has, with 285s.

I think it looks great but those wheels won't work with every lift kit. Too much backspacing.
