Oem tow mirror?

High there I removed these from 1998 dually. But can't seem to find any info on them

They're not OE to a 400, likely an aftermarket set for towing a wide trailer, hence the bellows to cover when they're extended.

It says "Power Vision, Pendleton, OR" on the mirror itself

Power Vision Mirrors seems to be out of business now though

I remember that name, I used to see those and others advertised in " Street Truck ", magazine. Some heated and with turn signals in or on the housing.
