No way id carry full coverage on a 16 year old truck with 250,000 miles on it...would be 100 bucks a month.

Yep. I have a 15 year old Suburban, 19 year old truck, 22 year old truck, and 25 year old truck all with full coverage.

You might want to check on that.

With all the modifications I put on mine, we put full back on it, just in case it gets stolen (my area of CA is car theft capitol of the country, lol. Lucky me). It wasn't that much more than collision only, and now there's peace of mind if it gets egged or keyed again, or broken in to.












Or you could wait until you see someone doing something illegal (turning without a signal, etc.). And intentionally get hit on that side, so their insurance would repair it. :hidesbehindsofa: :rofl:

I'm sure that's perfectly legal!

When I called, insurance on my 94 Z71 was like 65/mo for liability, or 95 for full coverage..but I also insure my K3500 and C3500 as well, full coverage on all 3 would be around 250/mo as I recall. As it is, I have liability on all for around 125/mo. With the money saved, I can pocket about 1400 a year, totally worth it.

Whats funny is, the coverage on the trucks is as much as the coverage was on my vette when I was 16..go figure.

what company you insured with, i have my 96, 98 and 00 all with liability and its 300 every 6 months for liability
