Starting to think it might be easier to get a spring with more arch to it. Lowering coils, drop spindles, and a c-notch is roughly $1000. A set of springs can't cost that much. I was thinking about getting cal-tracs anyways ...

Called cal-tracs support and he said they couldn't go above a stock height spring, so I'm crossing that off my list.

MC finally moved under its own power again today. It's squatted and looks goofy, but drives ok. We ended up taking the exhaust off because it was in the way, and I have some new/used headers for it anyways that will require a new exhaust run. Man I love the sound of open headers at 5000 rpm going down the road. It's a new gearset so I eased it up there.

Is that rear end from QP a Ford 9” derivative? I’m not super familiar with them, but it looks like a nice product.

I dig the saying “in for a dime, in for a dollar.” Never heard that before but it kinda inspired me to go that extra mile. Not just while buying shiny parts but pushing myself to do an even better job on my projects.
