As requested. Got some pics of my light mounts. I cut a rectangle with a slot just wide enough for the mount bolt. Then I heated up both mounts in the vise and bent them. I played with the angle a bit. As you can see the lights are almost vertical. I wanted to be able to have enough tilt in the light itself in case I needed to adjust. There will be a bolt going through the backside (horizontally) of the mount to ensure they don't back off. But, after driving with them for almost a week they haven't budged.
