An adjustable one, one that can regulate down to 5-7 psi.
I'd also suggest installing a fuel pressure gauge as well... makes it real easy to dial in the required pressure.
Check with Summit Racing.

I just reread your message. If you're asking for a part number or manufacturer recommendation, I cant help you. I prefer fuel injection for ease of cold starting, winter driving, and elimination of vapor lock during the summer.
No I'm using a manual pump with 750 holley and can't gas through my factory fuel lines

The regulator is https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-220058
but I would do a mechanical pump.

Use a compression fitting to connect more tubing to the existing tube in the tank to reach the bottom of the tank.
Curve the tubing to parallel the bottom of the tank.

Cut the tube off at an angle and push it into https://www.summitracing.com/parts/oer-k405 for 3/8 tubing or
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/oer-k404 if the line is 5/16. make sure to disable the power to the fuel pump.
That usually just means unplug the fuel pump relay.
