HANK my 1991 k1500 W/T to mud truck build

hey all well i have been building this thing for 2 years now hope u enjoy.

welp after a year of good service. the motor had a slight rod knock and the trans sliped. IT HAD TO GO

now i have a new motor and trans....... or so i thought.

then after i drove it 2500 miles and





then drove it cross the country. the valve spring took a crap. 2 times after 2 valve jobs. i thought i was done but ooooo no i was not. the intake need to be miled because the deck of the block was miled. ooo the joy of thos 3 months in south dakota

ok after the truck was there for 8 months with my ex i got him back. i was driving it back from SD. 456 miles later the truck died i was on the side of the highway not mad oddly enough just wondering what happen. i lost all power to every thing that ran off the ignition. soo i look under the hood found a fues that was not there b4 it was blown replaced it. it lives got back on the highway but it was running like crap. soo i pulled over 250miles away from home to find that the truck just wanted to die. yet again not mad at all more concerned about the truck. so my buddy drove down and pick me and my truck up. you wont believe how much fun u can have at a small truck stop for 6hrs.

got him home come to find out my exs new bf WHO KNOWS ABOUT CARS thought it would be a good idea to put ign power to the tach side of the distributor it would not allow the motor to start.

after i got it back to my house the mods started well im kinda broke but i have alot of chevy parts i have saved.

mod list as of right now

3 inch rear blocks

no front shocks

torsion bars turned up all the way

custom made dash cluster

750 edlbrock carb

12 inch rims

35x12.50x15 BFG mud terainne

cut the front fenders and rear quaters

.250 dome pistions

cam

rpm air gap

headers true duals no cats

76cc heads dont ask i did not build it

bottom end unknow as of now

bored .060 over

external trans cooler
