started with a 90s ford v8 throttle body

trimmed it up and covered the IAC

welded some pipe and a flange to make a cut out. Dumped after the cats/downstream o2 sensors right before the muffler. The ford throttle body is a close fit, about 2 and 1/8" opening (2" exhaust). Only tricky part was the spacing. The outside width of the throttle body was 4.625" but the exhaust was 6.5" (if i remember correctly, might have been 6.25"). So you have to get the angles right so everything to line up decent. I wish i could have gotten it up higher. Oh well.

I think that noise is the alternator bearings going out, I picked up a ad244 145 amp alternator from the junkyard to replace it.
